The MR-AI4 has 4 analog inputs that can detect either currents (0/4 .. 20 mA DC) or voltages (0 .. 10 V DC).
The housing is designed for mounting on top-hat rails in electrical distribution boards, supply voltage and Modbus can be simply looped through via a jumper plug when using several modules.
The module is connected via the RS-485 interface and can be easily configured with the integrated development environment (IDE) as an I/O extension. The I/O extension is fully transparent for the application. The inputs and outputs of the Modbus module can be used in the same way as the ones present in the telecontrol unit. No further configuration tool is required.
