Important note:

Always load the monitor firmware before the system firmware.
The system firmware contains the runtime firmware – this does not normally have to be loaded separately.
Only in case of a newer runtime firmware it can be loaded separately.

X32/ NX32 Firmware: 5.16 (May 2022)

Enhancements:

Improved and faster recovery for cellular network issues.
The ISO-TP API now support both standard and extended IDs.
Improved RF ISM performance.

Bug Fixes:

ftpReceive could sometime fail with a partially transferred file.
gsmPower could hang if the APN was incorrect.
GPS week-rollover on RTCU MX2 turbo / encore devices from 2014.
The rollover will occur on 29/10-2022 0:00 and again on 16/8-2025 00:00.
Serial-numbers impacted: 291444xxx, 291450xxx, 292415xxx, 292428xxx, and 292442xx.

Bug Fixes:

NX-200 series: Unstable execution with intermittent kernel crashes (fault code 205).
When the cellular engine was OFF, gsmSIMPresent() did not work.
mqttClose() could crash the runtime (fault code 200).
RDS Directory Synchronization did not work.
Problems connecting to LTE with certain SIM cards.
pmPowerDown() and PowerDown() did not resume when power was applied during the call.
Memory based datalogger did not work when writing an entry with a size less than the record size.
Datalogger written to file with logSaveToFile() could sometimes not be opened with logOpen().
sockConnection sometimes did not work correctly over an interface close/open.
